What we do

We support people, teams and organizations in the goal to increase their ability of Innovate by Working. We see organizations as nets, made of people talking to each other. We help them to communicate... communicate to innovate... innovate to preserve.

How we do it

Designing, developing and transferring technologies, centered on what people and teams actually do. We implement innovation development programas, supported by web-based tools made for collaboration, conversation and monitoring.

Why we do it

We are interested in making the world a better place. Oversaid as it may seem, we translate that to concrete beliefs: we believe that innovation, collaboration and social capital are a useful and hopeful vehicle to make people's passions and dreams come true. We feel prepared to help organizations become more human, lovely and productive places.

What we do it for

We want to grow new working styles, based on collaboration, mutual respect and a democracy of innovation. We are tired of hearing those who claim to have the "exclusive rights" of innovation. We are commited to proving that innovation is available for everyone.

Who are doing it

Miguel Angel Cornejo, Rodrigo Orrego, Manuel Pino, Juan José Lizama, Sergio Nouvel, Luis Mancilla and Nicolás Velásquez at Santiago de Chile, and Paula Carvajal at the Patagonia.
